Welcome to the VIC FUTSAL CUP, the event is now in its second year and promises to deliver 3 days of action-packed futsal for boys and girls of all ages.
Futsal Melbourne will deliver this event at its new home which boasts great facilities and 5 futsal courts in a central location ideal for all clubs based in the South-East.

Play-offs and grand finals. Most teams will progress to the play-offs, either in the Cup or Plate competition, depending on team number in your age group.
AGE GROUPS
- U7s - Mixed for players born 2017
- U8s - Mixed for players born 2016
- U9s - Mixed for players born 2015
- U9 Girls - for players born 2015 or later
- U10s - Mixed for players born 2014
- U11s - Mixed for players born 2013
- U11 Girls - for players born 2013 or later
- U12s - Boys for players born on 2012
- U13s - Girls & Boys for players born 2011 or later
- U14s - Boys For players born 2010
- U15s - Girls & Boys for players born 2009 or later
- U16s – Boys for players born 2008
- Masters Over 35s - Male
In order for an age group to go ahead, a minimum of 4 teams is required, should this quota not be reached, we will use our discretion to amalgamate age groups or move teams into the most suitable age group.
The VIC Futsal Cup will enable players, coaches and referees to get much-needed tournament games in a competitive and positive environment for players, coaches and referees.

• Qualified/Experienced referees and officials
• 4 games guaranteed for all teams.
• Round Robin format plus finals
• Cup and Plate Divisions for finals
• 3-day tournament for each age group. Matches scheduled from 6pm-9pm Friday, 9am to 9pm Saturday and 9am to 6pm Sunday. Teams may be scheduled to play across all 3 days.
• Affiliated FV Futsal tournament
PRIZES
Trophy for winning teams (Cup and Plate)
1st Place - Trophy and Gold Medals (Cup and Plate)
2nd Place - Silver Medals (Cup and Plate)
Club Champions Shield (Awarded to the club with the most successful teams at the tournament)
FEES
The registration fee is $670 per team
Masters ($300)
A maximum of 10 players can be registered per team
Please note teams will be guaranteed entry into the tournament only once full payment is made. If a category is full, teams will be placed on a waiting list and will only be contacted to offer them a spot if teams withdraw or additional spaces are created. No payment is required for waiting list teams until a place is offered.
Refunds will not be provided at any stage unless a replacement team is secured.

ℹ️ EXTRA INFORMATION
Cancellation of the tournament due to force majeure
In the event that the tournament can’t be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the tournament organisers (force majeure) or due to events that are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence or the tournament organisers, the tournament organisers cannot be held liable by the delegations for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses etc. Under these circumstances, the tournament organisers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future tournament, or to reimburse the delegations after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the tournament and which could not be recovered from third parties.
